Booking terms and conditions

Tarntipi Bush Camp is recommended for moderately fit persons only, as it entails camping and living close to the earth. The campsite operates from the 1st May to the 14th September. Spaces are limited and there is a maximum of 10 guests per program. Booked workshops must be paid for at least five days before scheduled arrival.
Booked programs must be paid for at least five days before scheduled arrival. We accept last minute/walk-in bookings (within five days of the scheduled arrival) if there is Last-minute bookings (within five days of scheduled arrival) are accepted pending availability and payment. Training programs are only confirmed when payment is made. We accept credit card payments over the phone or via invoice. Payment can be made by direct deposit.

Cancellation Policy

On rare occasions, programs may need to be cancelled or postponed due to cultural obligations or other circumstances beyond our control, so please check with THAC 48 hours prior to your program to confirm it is running. A full refund will be issued if program is cancelled by THAC.

Customer Cancellation
If a customer cancels a booked program within three days of the scheduled date, a 100% refund applies.
If a customer cancels more than 24 hours before a scheduled program, a 50% refund applies.
If a customer cancels in less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of a program, there is no refund.
