Booking terms and conditions

Tarntipi Cultural Awareness Training programs are for moderately fit persons only. It involves camping and living close to the earth.
Our peak season from 1st May to 14th September. We have limited spaces and there is a maximum of 10 guests per program.
We strongly encourage intending guests to pre-book Rock Art Tours during peak season.
Booked workshops must be paid for at least five days before scheduled arrival.
We accept last minute/walk-in bookings (within five days of the scheduled arrival) if there is availability and payment is made at the time.
Training is only confirmed when payment is made.
We accept credit card over the phone or can provide an invoice. Payment can be made by direct deposit.
Bookings outside of peak season can be more flexible.

Cancellation Policy

Tarntipi Aboriginal Corporation Cancellation
On rare occasions the program may need to be cancelled or postponed due to cultural obligations or other circumstances beyond our control, please check with Tarntipi Aboriginal Corporation 48 hours prior to your program to confirm it is running. A full refund will be issued if tour is cancelled by Tarntipi Aboriginal Corporation.

Customer Cancellation
If a customer cancels a booked tour within three days of the scheduled date a 100% refund applies.
If a customer cancels more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour a 50% refund applies.
If cancelled in less than 24 hours there is no refund.
